At Le Falconé, complete satisfaction with every olfactory selection is the priority. If a purchase does not meet expectations, a return may be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the fragrance must be returned in the original, unopened, and sealed packaging to ensure the integrity of the product.
Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of premium perfumery, bottles that have been unsealed, sprayed, or tampered with cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Discovery sets and sample vials are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund. All returned items must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the return is received and inspected by the quality assurance team, a notification will be sent regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Each bottle is inspected meticulously before departure. However, if an item arrives in a damaged or defective state, please contact the concierge immediately with photographic evidence. Such instances will be handled with the highest priority to provide a swift replacement.
