Refining Your Olfactory Signature

1. The Exchange Privilege

If a fragrance does not resonate as expected, Le Falconé offers the privilege of an exchange within 14 days of delivery. To maintain the purity of the collection, only items that remain unopened, with the original cellophane wrap and security seals intact, are eligible for exchange. This ensures every patron receives a product of pristine quality.

2. The Return Protocol

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact the concierge at info@lefalcone.co.uk with the order number. Upon approval, a return authorization will be provided. Patrons are responsible for the safe return of the item; the use of a tracked and insured shipping service is highly recommended, as the house cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Complimentary Samples

To assist in selecting a new signature scent without the need for future returns, it is recommended to utilize the Discovery Set. This allows for the exploration of the diverse range before committing to a full-size flacon. Please note that sample vials and discovery sets are final sale to preserve the hygiene standards of the house.

4. Processing Times

Once the return reaches the facility, it undergoes a meticulous inspection. Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Should there be a price difference between the original item and the new selection, the concierge will provide a secure link for the balance or initiate a partial refund as necessary.

5. International Returns

For patrons outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that international return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the sender. The house recommends declaring the package as a "Return" to avoid unnecessary delays at customs.
