Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the boutique online services of Le Falconé, acceptance is given to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the service. Access is granted contingent upon the acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

2. Exclusivity of Products

All fragrances, designs, and content presented on this platform are the intellectual property of Le Falconé. The unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of these scents or brand assets is strictly prohibited. Each purchase is intended for personal use; commercial resale without explicit written consent is a violation of these terms.

3. Accuracy of Olfactory Descriptions

While every effort is made to describe the notes and profiles of the scents accurately, the perception of fragrance is subjective. Le Falconé does not warrant that the descriptions, colors, or other content available on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Variation in natural ingredients may result in slight nuances between batches.

4. Purchases and Payments

By placing an order, a representation is made that the provided payment information is valid and correct. Le Falconé reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Le Falconé, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services or any fragrances purchased through the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
